Vy\u017eitie zna\u00admen\u00e1 necha\u0165 plyn\u00fa\u0165 a uvo\u013e\u0148uje. Zadr\u017eiavanie, teda nepre\u017eitie t\u00fdchto poci\u00adtov, znamen\u00e1 \u010fal\u0161ie pokra\u00ad\u010dovanie spr\u00e1vac\u00edch n\u00e1vykov alebo vzorov\u00fdch reakci\u00ed. Ako je to mo\u017en\u00e9? Ak pocitov\u00e9 spomienky znovu pre\u017ei\u00adjeme, je aktiv\u00e1cia ur\u010dit\u00fdm sp\u00f4sobom vybit\u00e1 a p\u00f4vodn\u00fd zak\u00f3do\u00advan\u00fd program je zru\u0161en\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Pocity k ozajstnej pr\u00ed\u010dine (ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa teraz vedom\u00e9) sa zrelat\u00edvnia a je tu mo\u017enos\u0165 ich dnes rozrie\u0161i\u0165. Ako je to s pocitmi viny? M\u00e1me sklony svoje pocity viny nies\u0165 \u010falej, aj ke\u010f sa u\u017e ich pr\u00ed\u010dina d\u00e1vno stratila.
